What's the AFC playoff picture at this point, how will the Jets game change it?

All these scenarios confuse me, and the NFL hasn't updated the standings on the website yet, so whose in the playoffs. At this point after all but the Jets game is completed, whose in the fifth seed? If the Jets win, they get the sixth seed, who gets the sixth seed if they lose? Colts, Chargers, Bengals, Patriots and then who?
