Do Packer fans watch Jets games or have they moved on with Rodgers?
I taped the GB/Minnesota game and finally watched it yesterday. LOL ESPN has a Farve/Rodgers comparison checklist & the Jets weren't even playing. I didn't see GB destroy the Lions - did they do it again?

- I didn't get to see the game either, but I did watch the Jets game for a little while. I just can't move on. I think I have a problem:(
- As long as the Packers are playing well - I don't care who is playing QB................. I just wish that they didn't cut Blair Kiel way back when.
- I can only answer for myself but I love to watch Brett play. I will always root for the Green and Gold, even if they play Farve on another team, and I do not disagree with the discussion to let Brett go. Yesterday was typical of Brett, a badly thrown ball that was picked and because he is not mobile, they could not punch it in from the 3. Rogers played well again. I will always try to watch Brett because he is so entertaining.
- I'm a Packer fan, not a Favre fan. So I'm thrilled watching Rodgers light it up against other teams so far. He had three TDs to three different receivers, and UNLIKE Favre, he didn't make any reckless decisions that could have cost us the game. I do think it's funny seeing Brett being Brett in New York. Throwing stupid passes that lead to INTs, and then blaming the coaching staff for its bad play-calling. This is the selfishness we dealt with for years in Green Bay. He hasn't been a top-tier QB for years. We just had a good team last year in Green Bay (this season so far should be proof of that), and we might have made the Super Bowl if not for Favre tossing us out with an idiotic INT in overtime of the NFC championship game.
- I think it wouldn't be correct to say the Packers fans do not keep up with Brett Favre. It would be hard to move on when your QB leaves you after he's been there for 10+ years. The fact is that the Packers are in great shape. I'm sure they are watching Favre as well making a comparison. Its perfectly normal. The Jets are better with Favre, but right now Rodgers is playing flawlessly. I expect great things out of GB.
- I watch all the Jets games... and am a packers fan... It's kind of weird this year having "two teams" thanks to Ted Thompson...
- i watched the Packer game at noon, then the only game aired was the Pats/Jets game on CBS at 3. so yes, i watched Favre play. it was a boring game, very boring.
- Me personally, if they play at the same time, I'll watch the Packers because first and foremost, I'm a Packers fan. But when they play at different times, I'll try to catch the Jets and root for old man Favre. I understand why Favre could no longer be the Packers starting QB, it's just too bad it ended on bad terms the way it did. But most Packers fans recognize what he's done with our franchise, and will always wish nothing but the best for him and his family, no matter what he does in his life.
- I'm not a Packers Fan but I do like Brett Favre. I'm not feeling good about my team, The Kansas City Chiefs. Maybe we should have tried to get Favre but than again, who wants to be on a losing football team. We have 15 rookies. I think some of our area High School Teams in Kansas and Missouri could be the Chiefs. The Jayhawks and the MU Tigers could beat the Chiefs anytime. This is really pathetic since we've sold out games dating back to 1991. The Chiefs are going no where fast.
- Yes they beat the lions, I didn't see it because it was not televised in my area:( Rodgers had a good game and impresses me, but it's hard to say if he only looked THAT good because they were, afterall, playing the LIONS, who are a joke anyway, no offense to lions fans. Anyway, to answer the initial question- I have been a Packer fan most of my life(I'm 22, so the majority of this time has been watching Favre play) and it is odd not to have him on our team. I am a HUGE Brett Favre fan, just love him, but I am a Packer fan above all else. I'll watch him in a Jets game, and I get sad when I watch him get sacked(like that TERRIBLE one in the NE game) so I'll always root for him, but I'd say I back the Packers more, so to sum it up, I'll root for Favre(the Jets) in the games that it is understandable for me to root for them in, if they played the Packers then no way would I root for them. I'm happy with my team, I still miss him but am moving on now(I sound like he and I just broke up) So I'm still a favre fan but moreso a Packer fan:)
