Whats the deal with the nfl investigating problems with Radio frequencies during the patriot jets game?

I know all about the supposed filming but I haven't heard anything clarifying the radio aspect. ESPN just reported the NFL has determined that the Pats were taping singals Per nfl rules Defensive players can not have electronics in their helmets, hence the green dots

1. if they were then they were taping bogus signals ...the plays are sent in by radio into the helmets of one defensive player or offensive player per team not by hand signals or sign language.this is just a bogus story created by the whinney ny jets
