Jets Game

How do other football fans view the New York Jets organization?

Like what do you think of them as a whole? What do you think of their fans? I wont get into this because I'm a Jets fan. NOTE: I posted the exact same thing under hockey with the Rangers if you have an opinion on them.

1. I think they're a bad team with fans that aren't jerks. I personally think Chad Pennington could win a Super Bowl if he had a couple weapons to support him. What i dont understand is when people are born in NY how do they choose between being a jets fan or giants fan. yankees or mets. islanders or rangers.
2. Dont the jets have a section of the stadium that during half time they pressure women into exposing themselves? If so when and where?
3. The organization to me seems inconsistent. I don't know if it is scouting or the front office but week to week, year to year you never know what you will get. Jets fans? I've never met one I didn't like. New Yorkers are different -- very passionate and arrogant but hilarious. A Jet fan will tell you with a straight face that they are playoff bound every year, no matter who is at QB. They also seem very loyal.
4. As a team, i can respect that they have achieved a lot, considering the talent they have. However, in terms of the organization and the people that run it, is very poor. Mangini ratted out the pats, and as a result, I dont think anybody else will hire him if he leaves the Jets. Last year they played terrible despite having the same amount of talent that resulted in a 10-6 record and a playoff appearance the year before. The jets could do great things if they had a great front office supporting them.
5. I don't like the Jets too much. Your coach is an idiot. He is never accomplished anything with New England and I don't see him doing much with the Jets either. Other than that I like some of the players on the Jets but you really don't have much of a chance playing in the same division as New England who is light years ahead of the Jets in every category from coaching to QB to ownership to fans.
6. I am a Dolphin Fan so I hate the Jets!! The fans are Horrible. The direction the organization is going is interesting. They are building (in my mind) one of the best O-lines in football. They need to get a young QB for the future. To start with. Trading Vilma threw me for a loop. That guy can be one of the greatest. It is like they take one step forward and two steps back. Go Dolphins, Fear the Tuna!!

8. As a Lions fan I have no room to talk, and the Lions don't play the Jets very often. but, all of this what I think of when I think Jets. I think Pennington is washed up. Vilma was too good to give up The fans are ok. Sucks that they play in "Giants Staduim" and don't have one of their own. Leon Washington is the real deal. Some solid lineman on your team.
