Will the New York Jets' fans root for the Giants or the Patriots?

I don't know how New Yorkers feel about their two football teams. 40 years ago Dallas had two football teams, but then those traitor Dallas Texans moved to Kansas City. Do most New Yorkers choose one team to support or do they root for both? Will the Jets' fans be rooting for the Giants or the Patriots?

9. most will root for giants...just because they represent New York. In the old days folks aligned more with AFC or NFC, but that loyalty is gone now thats one NFL for so many years. Im a niner fan and live in the bay area. If the niners are out of it and raiders are playing, then I will root for the home team. Unfortunately both teams sucked this year. Im rooting for the Gmen, not because they are an NFC team, but because they earned their way into the Superbowl and NOT a Pats fan at all. But I will admit, they are damn good and find a way to win.
